On Georgia

Change and understanding, monotony and longing, searching for stability and feeling as though time pushes forward. Wanting to be sure-footed in the present, but never able to find confidence, I turned to my living space. To slow down. To rediscover. To be present. Could this be home?

As a result, my photographs led me to focus details that meant absolutely nothing to anyone, and yet meant so very much to me. Could I make the tangible an intangible idea? Could this feel like mine?
