Posed photography includes wedding, family, engagement, prom, graduation, and senior photos. All sessions must be scheduled in advance and begin and end within the allotted time. Additional fees will be applied if more than a handful of flowers are requested. There are no refunds for "no-shows" of a photography session. However, sessions may be rescheduled by contacting us in advance or in the event of inclement weather. Your photographer does not have to be a professional.

Commercial Photography/Filming Catalog shoots or shoots for other commercial needs that require props, additional lighting or costumes, commercials, and professional videos are subject to certain terms, restrictions and fees based on the nature of the request. Please Contact Us for more information about your production so that we may determine if we are a good fit.

Drone use is strictly prohibited.

When using Petite Anse Farm as the backdrop for any photography, filming, or artwork, please respect these guidelines.

Guests should come dressed and prepared for their photo session. We can arrange for a changing area in an outdoor space, but one should note that it is an “outdoor” space that is farm friendly. It is not a dust free option for your change of clothes.

Be respectful of our plants and gardens, as well as our livestock and fence lines. Do not place equipment (or people) on top of plants or animals. Be mindful of your/your children’s behavior and interactions with our animals.

Electrical power is not available unless arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Sessions must be booked in advance.

Petite Anse Farm reserves the right to refuse admittance for photography and/or change its photo policy without advanced notice.

Because we are a working farm, some areas of the farm may not be accessible or in bloom based on your preferred date.

I, [Photographer's Full Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer," have obtained permission from the owner(s), Andrew and Jennifer Graycheck, of Petite Anse Farm, hereinafter referred to as the "Property Owners" to conduct a photography session on the premises of their private farm on [Event Date]. I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Liability Release: I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and equipment during the photography session on the private farm. I agree that neither the Property Owner nor any other party associated with Petite Anse Farm shall be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the session.

Property Use: I will use the private farm property for the sole purpose of conducting the photography session specified above. I will not engage in any activities that may damage or alter the property, including but not limited to, disturbing crops, plants, or animals, without prior consent from the Property Owner.

Model Release: I confirm that I have obtained proper written consent from any models, clients, or individuals participating in the photography session to use their likeness in photographs. I shall be solely responsible for any legal disputes that may arise regarding the use of these images.

Copyright and Usage: I retain full copyright ownership of the photographs taken during the session. However, I grant the Property Owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the photographs for their personal, non-commercial use, including promotion of the private farm.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property Owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of my use of the private farm property or any actions related to the photography session.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: In the event that the photography session needs to be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other emergencies, I will notify the Property Owner as soon as possible to make necessary arrangements.

Insurance: I acknowledge that I am responsible for carrying appropriate liability insurance that covers my photography activities, including any potential damage or injury that may occur during the session.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms and conditions. I also confirm that I am of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
